What data we collect
Through the booking form we receive your name, phone number, the model and year of your car, optionally the VIN, and the text of your message. We do not collect payment details and we do not use the forms for anything other than booking a visit.
Why we need it
Solely to contact you, confirm your appointment, match parts by VIN and keep the service history of your car.
Who we share it with
Nobody outside the workshop. Requests from the site arrive in our internal team chat. We do not sell or pass data to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Service history for as long as you remain our customer. Requests that did not lead to a visit are deleted within 12 months. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — write to the email address above.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no advertising trackers. The only thing stored in your browser is the interface language you chose.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion. We respond to such requests within 10 working days.
